We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and safely draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures.
- Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring quality and integrity.
- Build trust and confidence with patients by providing clear explanations and a friendly demeanor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
