The successful candidate will be tasked with assessing building systems, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial property maintenance
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building automation systems
  • Familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
