Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at one of our learning centers. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Implementation: Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child, promoting a love of learning and a strong foundation for future academic success.
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn.
  • Communication: Partner with parents and center staff to ensure seamless communication and a shared commitment to providing the best possible care and education for our children.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as an Early Childhood Educator.
  • Center Success: Support the success of your center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical Demands: Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Language Skills: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
