Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration and service of laboratory equipment and instrumentation in a cleanroom, laboratory, manufacturing facility, production area, or on systems requiring calibration services.
- Provide calibration and possibly other services as needed by the customer, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Operate a variety of equipment and instruments, including Centrifuges, Incubators, Refrigerators, freezers, bioreactors, pH meters, Conductivity meters, Temperature instruments, Pressure instruments, Humidity instruments, HVAC, Scales and Balances, Pipettes, Laser Particle Counters, Air Samplers, Dissolution Apparatus, Spectrophotometers, KF Titrators, Coulometers, Calipers, Micrometers, Mass Flow Controllers, and Dissolved Oxygen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of calibration services.
- Continuously improve skills through on-the-job training and education to achieve promotion to a higher level.
- Work effectively in a team environment and perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 17025 accredited Quality System and all Customer requirements.
- Possess a combination of training and experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related technical area.
Requirements:
- A strong foundation in calibration principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in GxP, IndySoft CCMS, field service, and OSHA training and experience.
