Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our Cardiovascular team at Boston Children\u0027s Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sterile instruments to the surgical team during procedures.
  • Organize and arrange sterile instruments and supplies to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Collect and remove contaminated items at the completion of cases.
  • Assist circulating nurses in maintaining adequate stock of sterile supplies.
  • Work collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.
Requirements
  • A certificate from a Surgical Tech program.
  • 1 year of OR experience as a Surgical Tech.
  • Must be certified as a Surgical Tech.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred.
