Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Merchandise and maintain the sales floor, including restocking shelves and rotating inventory.
  • Assist with donation processing, including sorting and pricing items.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
