Job Details:
- Work Environment: Outpatient primary care clinic
- Patient Demographics: Adults aged 18 and older
- Manage a caseload of 10-15 patients daily
- Patient Demographics: Adults aged 18 and older
- Qualifications: Open to candidates in internal medicine or family medicine
- Work Schedule: Minimum of 24 hours per week (3 shifts of 8 hours), with the possibility of extending to 40 hours
- Commencement: Approximately 60 days post-offer
- Bilingual in Spanish: Ability to communicate with patients using medical Spanish with limited need for translation
- Valid DEA registration
- Active Controlled Substance License
- Current BLS certification
- Active medical license in Illinois
- Board certification must be current
- Competitive weekly pay
