Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the project life cycle of pipeline and terminal projects. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, engineering design, and construction, with a strong understanding of the Project Life Cycle and the ability to manage projects through all phases of estimating, engineering design, and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the project life cycle of pipeline and terminal projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including those related to hazardous materials handling
  • Proactively communicate project information to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations, and/or project management
  • Experience with project management productivity tools and software
  • Ability to effectively interface with internal and external business partners
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Knowledge of engineering and operations of processing facilities, pipeline, and related facility design, construction, operation, and maintenance projects
Working Conditions

Employee is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions. Well-lighted, climate-controlled areas. Frequent repetitive motion. CRT (Computer Monitor(s)).

Travel

Travel to other locations required. Based on assigned tasks, employee may be assigned a company vehicle requiring the applicable driver's license.
