Case Manager/Social Worker

PeopleShare Inc is seeking a skilled Case Manager/Social Worker to support a renowned Nonprofit Organization in Center City.
Job Details:- Work Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, In Office
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00
As a Case Manager/Social Worker, you will serve as the primary support person to employees during training, offering counseling, brokerage, mediation, and advocacy. You will assess potential barriers that may hinder or prevent employees from completing training, securing and maintaining employment, and adjusting to living independently.
- Develop and implement employment plans in accordance with program objectives to overcome identified barriers.
- Provide ongoing case management services for all employees.
- Meet with the Project Manager and management team on a regular basis to coordinate overall plans and strategies.
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of both disabled and non-disabled CSR's.
- Plan and implement incentive programs to recognize employee achievement.
- Develop employee action plans and timelines for corrective action as needed.
- Maintain harmony among coworkers and resolve grievances.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 5 years direct social service experience with individuals and groups.
- Attitude of accountability and pride in work effort.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative approach to enhance morale and well-being for individuals in the workplace.
