Vail Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ski Patrol Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our mountain safety team, you will be responsible for promoting the safety and security of staff and guests on the mountain.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Promote guest safety and well-being
  • Assist injured guests on the mountain
  • Maintain trails, including closures, safety materials, avalanche mitigation, and other impacts from the natural environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Strong intermediate level ski/ride ability
  • Must be able to ski expert terrain safely
  • Must have OEC or EMT-B credentials
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to work in inclement weather in a high alpine environment
  • Manual dexterity to operate equipment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
