Technology Repair Specialist

West Shore School District is seeking a skilled Technology Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technology and Media Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment and management of mobile devices within the organization.

• Administer Apple devices and services, including iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, within the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system Jamf Pro.
• Develop and implement comprehensive device deployment processes and configuration protocols.
• Mentor team members and manage complex support issues.
• Review and repair damaged hardware, provide timely application support, and training.

• Associates degree, bachelor's degree preferred, with coursework in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field.
• Three or more years of experience in an IT department, with project management experience preferred.

• 37.5 hours per week, 245 days per year, including paid leave and annual opportunities to earn performance-based pay increases.
