**Responsibilities:**
  • Greet patients warmly and provide a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications from patients and promptly respond to inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, including sending appointment reminders.
  • Maintain and update the scheduling system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the schedule is well-coordinated and any changes are communicated effectively.
  • Handle patient registration, including gathering necessary information, verifying insurance coverage, and explaining financial options.
  • Assist with coordinating insurance verification and pre-authorizations for orthodontic procedures.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle billing inquiries and coordinate payment plans with patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting, preferably with orthodontic experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software and electronic health records.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with a genuine commitment to patient care.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is an asset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
