The Outside Plant Field Inspector is a critical role within Circet USA, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of OSP construction projects. This position requires a strong understanding of OSP construction principles, fiber placement, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with OSP Fiber Planners to determine fiber placement and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Review permits and ROW to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and manage OSP construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Inspect and record field records of installed cable, pole placement, and drops.
- Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis and report any damages or safety violations.
- 1-3 years of experience in outside plant construction or telecom.
- Valid US Driver's license.
- Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for OSP construction.
- Locator knowledge and experience.
- Fiber and outside plant knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be a team player and exhibit personal power, leadership, and self-awareness.
