**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced news editor to oversee our fast-paced news coverage of the crypto and Web3 space. As a Crypto News Editor - Storyteller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that articles are accurate, timely, and engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Produce, manage, and oversee daily news coverage, including breaking news, feature stories, and investigative reports.
  • Identify and develop story ideas, assign stories to writers, and track the progress of news stories from inception to publication.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to writers, ensuring that all content is accurate, well-sourced, and aligns with our editorial standards.
  • Edit and proofread news articles for clarity, accuracy, and style, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a news team, managing and editing other writers.
  • Experience in crypto news coverage is essential.
  • Crypto native: You live and breathe crypto and are eager to learn more.
  • Crypto markets expertise and familiarity with traditional financial markets.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and global crypto policy and regulation.
