- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and maintain security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and emergency communication protocols.
- Provide training and education to employees on safety and security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective safety and security program.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to safety and security.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security management, emergency management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety and security role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety and security plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Georgia.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications in safety and security, such as Certified Security Professional (CSP) or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM).
- Experience working in a similar industry, such as sports and entertainment.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
