CASES, a renowned organization providing comprehensive services to individuals with complex needs, seeks an exceptional Registered Nurse to join its Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) team. This dedicated individual will be instrumental in delivering health assessments, counseling, and medication management services to a caseload of participants.
The IMT team operates within the framework of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) principles, ensuring at least 80% of services are provided in the community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to ethical and regulatory guidelines while promoting recovery, wellness, and optimal health for our clients.
This role requires a multidisciplinary approach, working closely with psychiatric care providers, registered nurses, behavioral health specialists, and peer support staff. Together, we provide a range of services including crisis intervention, medication-assisted treatment, individual and group therapies, psychosocial rehabilitation, housing support, and linkage to primary medical care. Our ultimate goal is to improve our clients' quality of life, promote community integration, and enhance their overall well-being while addressing community safety concerns.
Salary and Benefits
Our competitive salary for this role is $98,000 per year, reflecting the significance of this position in providing exceptional patient care.
