Job Overview

As a valued member of the TransForce team, you will serve as the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of merchandise.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive in a safe, courteous, and defensive manner, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others on the road.

  • Communicate professionally with customers at their site, providing clear and concise information regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.

  • Set up customer returns accurately, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

  • Participate in yearly physical inventories, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Reliability and a commitment to safety are essential for this role. We seek a highly organized individual with strong time-management and prioritization skills, who can effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.

  • A clean driving record and ability to drive a box truck are also necessary qualifications for this position.

  • A high school diploma or GED, as well as a valid Class C or D license, are required for this role.

  • Additionally, you must be willing to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening test.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds is also a requirement for this position.

  • Finally, the ability to read a map or understand the geographic area is necessary for navigating routes and ensuring timely deliveries.
