Role Overview
As a Facility Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our parking facilities are clean, inviting, and operationally efficient. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our locations and utilizing your technical skills to address and resolve maintenance issues related to parking technology and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement cleanliness protocols by performing tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and dusting to uphold facility standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in parking booths and offices, ensuring proper lighting by replacing various types of light bulbs as needed.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming customers at parking entrances and exits with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing directions, and assisting with payment and validation processes.
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor parking space availability and communicate findings to relevant personnel.
- Support the maintenance of parking equipment by repairing gate arms, replenishing receipt paper, and adjusting gates as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to walk for extended periods, perform maintenance tasks that involve bending or stooping, and occasionally lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Work is primarily conducted outdoors, exposing employees to varying weather conditions. While protective measures may be in place, employees should be prepared for temperature fluctuations.
