Job Overview

ITU AbsorbTech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and upkeep of industrial laundry equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, operational manuals, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks.

Compensation: $25-$27 per hour, based on experience, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for second shift work.

Work Schedule: Second shift from 1pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as required.

Qualifications:

A degree in Facilities Maintenance or a related field (or current enrollment in a technical program) along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is essential; equivalent experience will also be considered. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a positive demeanor.
