Job Overview

ITU AbsorbTech, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Piedmont, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance of industrial laundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
  • Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
  • Troubleshoot mechanical devices
  • Perform general maintenance operations

Compensation:

$25-$27 an hour, depending on experience. $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.

Work Schedule:

2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm, Monday-Friday. No holidays. Occasional weekends as needed.

Requirements:

Associate degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 1-3 years' related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required; or equivalent in related experience. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
