Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare Inc. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:- Provide personalized care to patients with various medical conditions, including chronic diseases and injuries.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and aides, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families on medication management, therapy, diet, and exercise.
- Coach family members on patient care and home safety.
- Ensure patient goals are met and coordinate discharge from services.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare.
- Med/Surg or Critical Care / IV Therapy experience is preferred.
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion are essential.
- A competitive salary range of $68,000 to $95,000.
