Hospital Nurse Manager

This Hospital Nurse Manager position at Memorial Medical Center offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and oversee patient care services.
Responsibilities- Manage staff performance, develop training programs, and resolve conflicts
- Co-ordinate patient care services, ensure quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement departmental budgets and strategic plans
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain equipment and supplies
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- An Associate's Degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of five years of experience in an Acute Care setting
- Certification or specialized training relevant to the position
