Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with department heads and facility managers to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
