Job Overview
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Stockton, CA. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to our patients, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

About the Job
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $124,000 per year, plus benefits. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have a PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology from an accredited college or university, and be licensed as a Psychologist in California within 6 months of hire.

Key Responsibilities
* Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for adult and child members presenting with a range of mental health needs
* Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
* Instructs and counsels patients and their families regarding adherence to prescribed therapeutic regimens and medication
* Conducts psychological assessments, including test administration, interpretation, and recommendations
* Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries, maintaining ongoing confidential records
* Charts members' treatment and progress in accordance with state and NCQA regulations and accepted community standards

Required Skills and Qualifications
* PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology from an accredited college or university
* Licensed as a Psychologist in California within 6 months of hire
* Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions
* Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy research methods
* Ability to complete multiple tasks/objectives in a timely manner
