Job Description:

Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address psychological and emotional challenges.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support client progress and treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation related to client progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in psychology to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in clinical settings, particularly with pediatric and adolescent populations, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Interview Process:

  • Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with our recruiting team.
  • Zoom Interview: Detailed interview session with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after the Zoom interview.
