Job Overview

Joulé is a leading organization in the industry, seeking an experienced EHS Compliance Specialist to manage and implement our health and safety programs. This role requires significant experience in EHS at operational facilities, including managing and implementing EHS programs on a tactical level.

Responsibilities

  • To manage Joulé’s Environmental Health and Safety compliance programs in accordance with all applicable State and Federal regulations, corporate requirements, and other legal requirements.
  • Assist internal customers with their EHS needs and actively cultivate a safety and sustainability culture.
  • Manage and continuously improve Joulé's Health and Safety Programs in adherence to all Local, State, Federal and Company requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Requires at least eight to ten (8-10) years' experience in EHS at an operational facility, including at least five (5) years' experience with the relevant technical subject matter.
  • Must have significant experience managing and implementing EHS programs at operational sites on a tactical level.
