Molly Maid is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • Follow our process to delight every customer
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 5pm
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients

Compensation:

We offer a guaranteed minimum wage of $13.00 per hour paid weekly. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.
