Soliant is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver exceptional speech and language therapy services in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with varying communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and treatment plans
**Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state SLP license and certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Experience working in a school-based or clinical setting, with a strong understanding of educational and therapeutic best practices
