Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

At Soliant Health, we are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
  • Provide therapy services to address articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment options
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in an educational setting
  • IEP experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with AAC devices
