Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at Western Aircraft by providing a welcoming atmosphere and proactive service. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective communication with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate customer lodging and transportation arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Facilitate customer and vendor catering requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Communicate service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance, and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio.
  • Inform customers of other services provided by Western Aircraft, promoting a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to obtain an Airport Issued security badge and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels, requiring repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Constant clear vision to read printed materials and computer screens to accomplish work.
