Pilates Instructor Career Opportunities

As a Pilates Instructor at Equinox, you will have the opportunity to develop and refine your approach to programming, education, and business development. Our dedicated Pilates managers will guide you in creating a comprehensive training program for each client, ensuring they achieve their goals and remain motivated to continue progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a safe and professional Pilates training program for each client
  • Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to recommend a Pilates training program
  • Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
  • Work with Pilates managers to build your book of business through our member base
  • Complete administrative requirements associated with client management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure members have a well-rounded experience
  • Provide excellent customer service to all Equinox members and guests
  • Strive for consistent and frequent client activity to help them achieve results and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness
