We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Lead at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Binghamton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies into and out of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the receipt and processing of packages, ensuring timely delivery to the correct departments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including stockroom organization and supply replenishment.
- Lobby Market Management: Ensure the lobby market is well-stocked, clean, and organized, including daily procedures for the Starbucks Machine.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform morning monitoring of the lobby area interior and exterior, including trash removal, sidewalk/entrance upkeep, and snow/salt application in winter.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with luggage, personal belongings, equipment, and meeting supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a related field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
