Part-Time Preschool Transportation Specialist

Summary
This role involves providing safe and reliable transportation for preschool-aged children in a part-time capacity. The position is designed for individuals who are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of young passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport children aged 3 to 5 to and from preschool, adhering to a strict schedule.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and ensure compliance with all traffic regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Assist children during boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Complete necessary reports regarding transportation activities, including passenger counts and mileage.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth transportation process.

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid School Bus Driver's License (CDL) or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving multi-passenger vehicles.
  • Ability to maintain order and safety among young passengers during transit.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and staff.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
