As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to assist with viewing and touring our properties, providing accurate information about each apartment home, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property tours and provide information about available apartments
  • Process rental applications and secure lease agreements
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and property management software
