Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude.
