Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft HCM Developer to join our team at EmergencyMD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PeopleSoft solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, ELM, and Portal.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts to design and develop custom PeopleSoft solutions.
  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations using Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and other tools.
  • Migrate projects and objects from development to test environments.
  • Prepare production migration requests with supporting information for moving to the production environment.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Three years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Expert-level knowledge in SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, REST-based webservers, App Designer, SQR, AWE, and/or PeopleCode.
  • Ability to provide expert customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and testing and/or PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
