Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, and configuration issues in PeopleSoft applications.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Functional Analysts in the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft customizations.
  • Code and unit test PeopleSoft customizations.
  • Migrate projects/objects from development to test environments.
  • Prepare production migration requests with supporting information for deployment to production environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Three years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Three years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities:
  • Five years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Five years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and testing, as well as the selective adoption process.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, REST-based webservers, App Designer, SQR, AWE, and PeopleCode.
  • Ability to provide expert customer service.
