**About the Role**

We are seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our team at HR4ALL. As an actuary for our Medicare pricing and analytics department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining actuarial models, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to support the pricing and bidding process for our Medicare Advantage plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain actuarial models to analyze data and provide insights
  • Analyze data to inform pricing and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
  • Successful completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
  • 5+ years of healthcare actuarial experience

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
