HR Support Specialist

Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Call Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex cases to senior HR staff as needed
- Utilize case management technology to create, update, and assign cases
- Communicate effectively with EAS management and other stakeholders
- Provide training and support to contractors on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
