Job Title: HR Call Center Specialist

Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Call Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex cases to senior HR staff as needed
  • Utilize case management technology to create, update, and assign cases
  • Communicate effectively with EAS management and other stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to contractors on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
