Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a U-Box Customer Care Representative. As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with U-Haul.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
  • Load and unload U-Box containers for delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with U-Haul.
Requirements:
  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
