Job Overview

ProSidian Consulting, LLC seeks a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to support our clients in the Defense and Security Industry Sector. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional, technical, and administrative support services to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Guide clients in preparing functional specifications and project plans to meet their objectives on time and within budget.
  • Assist senior personnel in the development, design, and implementation of strategic planning projects.
  • Work with clients to define system needs and translate logic diagrams into program statements.
  • Assist in performing project management, workflow analysis, systems analysis, gap analysis, integration, process design, user liaison, and systems deployment.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in scripting designs for various platforms.
  • Prepare test bed requirements and perform system integration testing.

Qualifications

  • Must have competent knowledge in project management methodologies. Project management certification is a plus.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.

Education/Experience Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred with 3-4 years of experience or 5+ years of related experience (with no degree).

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide clients in developing functional specifications and project plans.

Competencies Required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
