Job Summary

We are seeking a Store Assistant to assist with duties including in-store merchandising, customer service, and POS transactions. The ideal candidate will be readily available to assist and support incoming customers, providing a high level of customer service and contributing to sales and inventory goal attainment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for customers.
  • Contribute to sales and inventory goal attainment through product promotion and excellent customer service.
  • Assist with outbound customer communications, including calls, emails, and invitations to company events.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Assemble and disassemble merchandise and promotional displays in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain stock in-store.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable environment for customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with computer use and basic mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit continuously for a full shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
