Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Work Schedule: Full-Time: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm - 11:00pm (4 days on, 2 days off rotating)
Part-Time: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to residents, tailored to their individual daily living activities and functional capabilities.
- Accurately document all relevant information regarding assigned residents during each shift.
- Report any significant changes in resident conditions, incidents, accidents, injuries, or skin integrity issues to the charge nurse promptly.
- Participate in all mandatory training and in-service sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- Reliable and adheres to safety protocols and assigned duties.
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program with current certification in California.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Current CPR certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
