We're seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to play a key role in creating homes where families build memories and shape their futures.

As a member of our team, you'll use premier CAD technology to draw accurate and detailed plans that illustrate home designs, building materials, and options.

You'll also develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or 2-5 years' experience in the homebuilding industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, Google Sketchup, and knowledge of residential construction and structural and mechanical designs
