Accede Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in Anchorage, AK. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment and assisting patients during diagnostic procedures.
Shift and Schedule:
The selected candidate will work a 5x8-hour day shift, with the possibility of working some Saturday hours. The schedule will include a mix of 5x8 and 4x10-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines
- Assist patients during diagnostic procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- BLS certification
- ARRT-CT certification
- Experience with vascular CTA and IVs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
The selected candidate will be required to float between CT and X-ray departments as needed. The company is open to accommodating block schedules, but this is not guaranteed. Travelers are not eligible for this position, and candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
