Position Summary:
Norco is seeking a dedicated individual to assume the role of Store Operations Manager. This position entails overseeing all facets of store management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Educating and ensuring compliance among staff regarding relevant laws, codes, and regulations affecting services and equipment.
  • Planning, executing, and documenting staff meetings and training initiatives.
  • Identifying, documenting, and addressing safety hazards within the workplace.
  • Maintaining sales performance and profit margins in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Managing the hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination processes for staff as necessary.
  • Leading, training, and motivating employees within the department.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned or required.
  • Compensation ranges from $68K to $80K, plus performance bonuses based on experience.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • Prior experience in sales and management is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in home health operations or similar retail environments is desirable.
  • The ability to lift weights up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with necessary software applications.
  • The capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
