Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with medical teams to address the psychological and emotional needs of patients.
  • Provide high-quality healthcare that improves overall wellbeing.
  • Utilize evidence-based behavioral approaches to help patients manage complex health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

Requirements

">
  • A Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • An active, independent license in the State of Tennessee or another state with the ability to gain a license in TN as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (with HSP), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP).
  • Clinical experience as a behavioral health provider working with patients with co-occurring mental health, substance use concerns, and physical health problems.
