Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling transactions and making change as needed.
  • Count and reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to SP+ standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient parking experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
