Role Summary
We seek enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Massage Therapists for our facility in Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for individuals looking to make a significant impact within a prestigious organization. The Equinox Spa offers a serene environment with top-tier amenities and a commitment to innovative treatments, including hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Massage Therapist include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough consultations and delivering massage treatments in a professional atmosphere.
  • Focusing on member satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Providing a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages, in 25, 50, and 80-minute sessions.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the treatment room after each session and at the end of the shift.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid California Massage Therapy license or certification is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in the field, who may qualify for an enhanced compensation package.
  • Two years of professional massage therapy experience is preferred.
  • A willingness to develop a practice within our organization while enhancing personal skills and knowledge.
  • Availability for full-time work; part-time opportunities may also be available.
  • Evening and weekend availability is essential.
  • Cross-training in various services, including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  • A dynamic personality that fosters group cohesion.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
