POSITION SUMMARY

The Stock Control Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring efficient stock management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategies to enhance inventory oversight processes.
  • Assess customer product quantities to detect discrepancies in stock.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track and manage all client stock.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide updates to senior management regarding inventory status and related concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data management.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking software.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate inventory records and generating reports.
  • Analytical thinker with strong numerical abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and trustworthy individual.
  • Proficient in PC applications (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, or Cherry Picker) (CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED).
  • Experience with scanning technology.
  • Bilingual proficiency is essential.

  • Salary: $22.00 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Flexible start times between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. daily.
